Admission counselors are located at the seminary’s main campus and the same admission requirements apply to both campuses. Students applying to BMATS Arkansas may also wish to communicate with Brian Rickett, the administrator of the Arkansas campus.
The same tuition and fees apply to both BMATS Texas and BMATS Arkansas. Students at BMATS Arkansas must pay an enrichment and technology fee ($23) per course that allows them access to the computer lab and network of Central Baptist College along with a campus use fee ($40) per semester for using the facilities of Central Baptist College. The current price listings for these fees are subject to change.
Most courses meet once a week for a 3 hour block of study. Most semesters classes are offered at the following times: Tuesday 2-5 pm; Tuesday 6-9 pm; Thursday 2-5 pm; and Thursday 6-9 pm. Occasionally classes are sometimes offered at other times. This convenient scheduling allows many students to attend one day a week to complete two classes (six semester hours of study).
The BMA Seminary is accredited by the Commission on Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associates, bachelors, and masters degrees. The Arkansas Extension Site is approved by the Commission on Accrediting of the Association of Theological Schools (10 Summit Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15275-1103; Phone: 412-788-6505) to award the Master of Divinity degree and all courses leading to the completion of the Master of Arts in Church Ministries and Master of Arts (Religion) degrees.
BMA Seminary Conway Extension Center has received a Letter of Exemption from Certification issued by the Arkansas Department of Higher Education to offer non-academic or church-related courses and grant non-academic awards or church-related degrees.
